Jobs2O is the first in the next generation of online job boards. By adding next generation online tools, Jobs2O provides candidates and employers the opportunity to interact in real-time:
- Chat Live - A free service allowing candidates the opportunity to chat live with employers. Look for chat buttons in ads posted throughout the site. Maximize your search time by responding to job openings with immediate replies, interacting live with employers. Offers complete privacy as you choose what information to share while chatting.
Virtual Staff - Full multimedia avatars are used throughout Jobs2O and our network of affiliate sites to aid you in maximizing utilization of our services. Our virtual staff can answer questions you may have by selecting an option from their pull down menus.
Soft Phone - Our technical department is developing a direct audio capability that will allow candidates with computer microphones attached, to talk live with employers via our web interface. This tool is expected to be released in the second quarter of 2008. Offers complete privacy as no caller ID information sent to the employer.

- Integrated Bulletin Board / Forums - Fast becoming popular with professionals using the Internet. Jobs2O has integrated a full feature bulletin board / forum within our system. The bulletin board can be used to ask questions or leave comments to employers, Jobs2O, and dozens of other subjects. Any registered candidate can post to the system.
Chat Rooms - Jobs2O offers open chats (no specific topic...just join the conversation), and hosted topic-specific conversations.
Special Promotions - Look for our special promotional offers. For example, right now we're offering a free MP3 player to new, qualified candidates that use our Quick Response Service.
