The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall integrity of the Nursing Department and clinical issues related to nursing care delivery within the facility. The Director of Nursing has final authority and accountability for the planning development and implementation of all Nursing Care Programs in compliance with Federal, State, JCAHO and CMS corporate guidelines, policies, procedures and regulations.
